I work alongside a charity's team, not in place of it, and I don't duplicate the skills it already has. I add first-hand games and esports knowledge and networks to a team that already knows how to deliver campaigns and programmes.

Success comes from engaging the right games, publishers, teams, pro players and streamers with the right message. I shape each programme and its messaging around the community it's for, so it feels native to players rather than like an ad aimed at them.
